Dress at More to Work

We called upon our friend, Kimberly, who owns the fantastic blog http://fabfindsunder50.blogspot.com to give some advice on how you can take one dress and wear it for not only work but for multiple occasions. Here is what she had to say:
Ladies, are you like me? Do you have a closet absolutely full of “work clothes”, but whenever you plan a night out or need something cute to wear on the weekend think to yourself “I have nothing to wear”? Well, I am here to tell you with just switching out a few accessories you can take a “work dress” to brunch, a girls’ night out, errand running on the weekend, out on a date, and more!dress_4ways.jpg
Take a versatile dress like this and you can style it up to go just about anywhere!

You can swap out the tie belt that comes with the dress with a scarf to add a bit of pattern and tone-on-tone color, and toss on a neutral blazer, shoes and ring to keep this dress professional and easy for work.

When you get home at the end of a long day, but the running around just won’t stop toss on a pair of cute patterned flats, white capri leggings and add a fun long charm necklace to take this dress from the boardroom to the grocery store!

On Friday night, when you need a cute but casual outfit to grab dinner and a movie with your man pair this dress with white jeans, metallic belt and wedges and toss on a fun floral bangle for some added color.

On Saturday night, when it is time for a Girls’ Night Out vamp it up with metallic accessories including a chain belt, big earrings, colorful bangle and ooh-la-la heels!

Lastly, pair this dress with a fun flower statement necklace in cream and gold tones, a stack of thin gold bangles and some fun espadrilles and you will be set for a Mimosa Brunch.
Now, next time you are in front of your closet thinking, “All I have are these boring work clothes” hopefully this will inspire you to add some fun accessories and completely transform the look from work to fun!
